Ceiling for the payment of pensions in Mexico
Yesterday, the Chamber of Deputies in Mexico adopted legal reforms to the Social Security Act to eliminate the gaps over the top in the calculation of pensions, based on minimum wages and the weekly contributions. The lawmakers agreed to set the ceiling for the payment of pensions in 25 minimum wage in force in the Distrito Federal, for disability and life insurance, unemployment and old age.
