“Plan 90 días” intends to improve health care system in Chile
The Chilean government has announced an ambitious plan to improve the health care system called “Plan 90 días”. This plan intends to reduce 20% the waiting lists for visits with specialists, to strengthen specialist attention in primary level, to improve emergency service and to reduce waiting time for medical licenses payment. This plan should be implemented by March and many of its goals should be already achieved by this time. Details of the plan can be consulted here.
