Argentina returns to public managed pension system

Last Tuesday the president of Argentina announced the State will take over the pension system previously managed by pension fund managers, AFJPs. In the next link the legal project can be found. http://www.anses.gov.ar/archivos/prensa/Proyecto-SIPA-21-10-2008.pdf. The action is taken after the recent reform to the system: workers were allowed to return to the defined benefit scheme and AFJP´s fees were capped.
