This week, two important news in Argentina and Mexico
Argentina seeks to pass a law which will enable people who become unemployed before retirement age (up to 5 years before) and who credit at least 30 years of contributions to the social security, to collect a social benefit. Moreover, in Mexico, retirees and pensioners with income of up to 25 times the minimum wage are exempt from Income Tax payments.
