Judge seeks to annul the U.S. health care reform

A federal judge in the state of Forida, annulled the president's U.S. health reform describing it as unconstitutional, because the law makes an individual mandate that goes too far in demanding that Americans will begin to purchase health insurance by 2014 or pay a fine. See complete note here.
