The American work force is getting older
Since the recession the percentage of workers over 55 years in the U.S. increased 7.6%, going from 20.6% in 2007 to 28.2% in December 2010 (click here). This year, the CISS will examine this issue in the conference "Work around retirement age in the Americas", to be held in May in the premises of the CISS. And also in the Annual Report 2012 "Work around retirement ages, age of retirement and early retirement"
