Decreases poverty in Latin America: ECLAC

The annual report "Social Panorama of Latin America 2010" conducted by ECLAC, released new data on poverty in the region. Latin American countries managed to get 41 million people out of poverty since 2002, further improving income distribution, thanks to active policies of the different States. See here.
