Health insurance reform in Argentina

The argentinean Senate approved yesterday the reform the the law on "pre-paid health plans". Actually, this bill passed through the lower house in 2008, and needs further approval by that body. This shows the complexities of health reform in any country. The main issues in the bill are: to regulate wait periods and to eliminate discrimination in health insurance against older adults.
