ISSA’s initiative for North and Central America

In order to ensure the delivery of the International Social Security Association’s (ISSA) programs, 2 additions to the regional network in America were announced. In Mexico, the liaison office for North and Central America, hosted by the State Employees' Social Security and Social Services Institute (ISSSTE), will work with member institutions in Canada, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and the United States. In Brazil, it is the National Institute of Social Security the one that centers its attention in Portuguese-speaking countries. Said liaison offices will facilitate the sharing of information, solutions, and good practices in the region. Further information can be found here.
