Raise the official retirement age

Official retirement ages have failed to keep pace with rising life expectancy, making pensions increasingly unaffordable and consequently huge structural budget deficits of governments. That's why the State has as a plan of attack to delay the payment of pensions by raising the official retirement age. The graph shows the life expectancy from actual retirement for men in OECD countries and we can see the great difference that exists for those who retired in the 70's for now retiring.
